To apply for a travel visa to Myanmar requires the following documents:

Original passport:The applicant's original passport plus one copy of the passport particulars page. The passport must be valid at least 6 months from the date the application is lodged and has at least two blank visa pages.

Passport-type photos:Two passport sized colored photographs.

Proof of status. Evidence of your legal status in Singapore (Original residence permit/work pass for non-singaporeans).

Business Card. Applicants must provide their business card (i.e. name card).
Applicants who are unable to produce a business card are recommended to include a statement as to why they are unable to provide it in their Singapore company's letter. However, it will be at the discretion of the Embassy to accept the application.
Embassy of Myanmar in the Singapore offers visa processing of 5 business days.
